Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference so you only pay for the time remaining.
No. There are zero setup fees, zero onboarding costs, and zero hidden charges. Your first invoice is simply your plan price. We handle all tool setup, training, and integration at no additional cost.
We accept payments through PayPal for all subscription plans. PayPal supports credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. For Team Plans with custom pricing, we also offer invoicing with NET-30 terms.
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. For yearly plans, you'll receive a prorated refund for unused months.

Extra hours are billed at a discounted overage rate specific to your plan: Launch at $12/hr, Optimize at $11/hr, Accelerate at $10/hr, and Scale at $9/hr. You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises.
When you choose yearly billing, you save 15% compared to monthly pricing. You're billed once per year at the discounted annual rate. You can cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund for any unused months remaining in your billing period.
We don't offer free trials, but we do offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your assistant within the first 7 days, we'll either replace them at no cost or provide a full refund. Most clients see measurable results within the first week.
There is no minimum commitment. All plans are billed month-to-month unless you opt for yearly billing to save 15%. The Pay-as-you-go plan has no monthly minimum at all. You pay only for the hours you use.
